Oracle 8.0.5 on Red Hat 6.1

Somewhere in the documentation for the "glibcpatch", it states that you need
"make" in your path, and if you don't have it, you might need to create a
symbolic link called "make" which links to "gmake" for it to work.

I got 8.0.5 to install and run under RedHat 6.0, but haven't tried 6.1.

Oracle 8.0.5 on Red Hat 6.1

Hi,

The installation of Oracle 8.0.5 on RedHat 6.1 went off quite well
until the following message appeared:

Error during action 'creating rdbms/lib/psoliblist'
Command: make -f ins_rdbms.mk
sh: make: commnad not found.

Any clues of what went wrong. Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Yeow Hin
