Yes, you can do this.  Just name the $SYBASE directory differently, say
"/sybase10.02" and "/sybase11.5".  I have done this on a Sun Solaris and it
worked fine.  What to look for:  Contention of CPU's, RAM shortages, and
network traffic.

It is possible to run different version of SQL servers on the same
machine.

It is just a matter of setting SYBASE environment variable correctly
before starting your server (and they are not using the same port!)
