Is there any way to obtain the CS_CONTEXT* for a connection from the
SRV_PROC*? Specifically what I want to do is to identify the context
for a connection in the SRV_CONNECT and SRV_DISCONNECT event handlers.

The only way I can see to identify the context in an event handler is
to install a different handler for each context. This is awkward for
a C++ object based on the CS_CONTEXT*.
