Are the user data stored using ct_con_props() and srv_props()
    available (sent) to the partner in the client/server connection
    of are these strictly local storage?

    I suspect that these are strictly local storage, but a co-worker
    thought that she could use this to send additional information
    with a connection, and I can fund nothing in the Sybase manuals
    that says these are local.

    If these are local, is there another way to add additional
    information that gets passed when a connection is established?
