 sql server 11 error message

Hi,

Below is from errorlog.
What seem to be the problem?

error 1:

00:98/01/05 16:43:27.20 kernel  nclose: t_rcvrel, Orderly release message not found
00:98/01/05 16:45:07.78 kernel  nclose: t_rcvrel, Protocol error
00:98/01/05 16:51:14.53 kernel  nclose: t_rcvrel, Orderly release message not found

error 2:
00:98/01/08 18:46:48.07 kernel  basis_dlock: file '/dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s1' already in use by a SQL Server
00:98/01/08 18:46:48.07 kernel  kdconfig: unable to read primary master device
00:98/01/08 18:46:48.07 kernel  kiconfig: read of config block failed

When the server starts we take out an OS lock on the master device (or
file). If this request is denied by the OS (file already locked) we
issue the above message.

So this could be something as straightforward as another SQL server is
already running and using this master device, or something more complex
such as a previous server did not finish cleanly and is 'stuck' in the
system, or it could even be that another program entirely has the
device/file locked.

I'm not sure about error 1, but error 2 looks quite similar to the error you
would receive if you tried starting a SQL server that was already running.
