 Calling C-functions from transact SQL
I need to call C-functions from transact SQL.
Can someone out there tell me how to do it?

Thanks.

I may be mistaken, but I think that this is only possible using Sybase's Open
Server product.  I've never done it, mind you, but the Sybase SE's I've worked
with were unanimous on the point.

 Calling C-functions from transact SQL
I've just received the beta for SQL Server for Win NT so I haven't had
the chance to play around with this but they say in the doc that with
this NT version (4.2) you can call any DLL from within a stored
procedure.  Has anyone actually tried this?  Sounds like a very handy
thing to have...not sure if the Sybase flavor of SQL Server can do this
yet or not, however.
