Sybase Access from an OS/2 Platform
perhaps OS/2 cannot locate these .DLLs on your file system.
locate these DLLs, then insure that your path includes this
directory (path is set in autoexec.cmd i think ).

: I am not able to access a Sybase Database server running on a Sun
: computer with the client being an OS/2 2.11 computer using IBM TCP/IP
: for OS/2 v2.01 and the application being a Win-OS2 program (Microsoft
: Q+E and a PowerBuilder Application). I have installed the
: Dos/Windows Access Kit for IBM TCP/IP for OS/2. I can ping the Host
: Sun Server from an OS/2 Window, a Dos Window, and a Win-OS2
: fullscreen session, but a WSYBPING fails due to: 1) a File Error
: "Cannot find NMPCIP.DLL; and 2) WSYBPING "fail to initialize the
: driver WNLNEWTC.DLL."
:
: My Win-OS2 WIN.INI file includes the following statement:
: [SQLSERVER]
: mtv_tech=WDBWSKTC,xxx.xxx.xxx.xx,xxxx
: DSQUERY=WDBWSKTC,xxx.xxx.xxx.xx,xxxx
:
: I would really appreciate some assistiance.
