Using Sybase Central with Sybase SQL Server 11.0.3
Has anyone set up Sybase Central running on NT to interface with Sybase
SQL Server 11.0.3 running on a unix platform?

I assume that Sybase Central has to read entries from the Open Client
sql.ini file but I can't get the blasted thing to get it.  HELP.

TIA

Tony

Using Sybase Central with Sybase SQL Server 11.0.3
No error messages.  When Sybase Central comes up, it only shows SQL
Anywhere.  It seems like it
should be a setup thing but the manual is woefully unclear.  I've seen some
references to a plug-in that may be required called scsyb11.dll but have not
been able to find any reference or download for it on Sybase's website.

The purpose for this is to develop during the day at work against the Sybase
SQL Server 11.0.3 on AIX box.  Then take an extract of the database
(structures and data) home to continue development using SQL Anywhere as the
database.  I think we could do this with a replication server but we don't
want to go to that extent if we don't have to.

This is a application in PB6.5 and has been started from scratch so the
database is still in fluctuation and the data is minimal.
