1.Assuming that,i put the ixbar file which contains only level 1
information, will onbar restore only level 1 with onbar -r -w command ?

Any help is appreciated.

 ONBAR Level 1 restore..............

A "level 1" backup only contains database pages which changed since the last
"level 0" backup.  A database restore needs to restore from the "level 0"
first.  Then it will apply the contents of the "level 1" backup.
Afterwards, logical logs are reapplied, unless you specify "onbar -r -w -p"
or "onbar -r -p".
