P Past. The year is expanded with both the current and past
centuries. The closest date PRIOR to today's date is chosen.
F Future. The year is expanded with both the current and future
centuries. The closest date AFTER today's date is chosen.
C Closest. The year is expanded with the past, current and future
centuries. The date closest to today's date is chosen.
R Future. The year is expanded with the present century.
Or something. The default for DBCENTURY is R.
