How to configure server (and/or to create database) to make possible
to store english and arabic strings to database? Do I had to set these
DB_LOCALE, SERVER_LOCALE and CLIENT_LOCALE or do I had to do some
conversion to data between client & database? And what about the
Unicode setting on this issue?
