The problem with the web-access is that you don't have a free
text search in the bugs database, you need to download a report
which is basically useless. I still need to use the "old" InformixLink
to search the bugs db.
When will the free text search be available thru the www?

May be you could tell us what the difference is, if any, in the data we can access
or any other services available between your different alternatives.
Particularly, is there any extra services on InformixLink Classic as compared
to WWW access. (From other posts it seems to be search facilities available on
Classic, but I assume these will be available any time now on WWW also.)

What extra services do we get if we subscribe to yur special accounts on
InformixLink Classic, and when will these be available via Internet access?

We are a VAR partner/developers.

Me too (it's kinda handy when you're sharing a modem and using dumb
terminals).

Do you know if it's possible to either
a) Pause the display of huge bug reports (you know - the HUGE ones that
list, in great detail, every possible combination of sar and tbmonitor
(or whatever it's called) for every user on a 700-user machine)
or, even better,

b) STOP the display of huge bug reports. (Ctrl-C or something would be nice)

It's *REALLY* annoying plowing through the thousands of lines of bug report
at 2400 baud!! (Note: *Our* modem goes faster than that - Informix's doesn't)

Amazing isn't it - wouldn't you expect them to be showing off their
*DATABASE* to Web interface?

Really big flat files aren't exactly leading edge technology anymore...
