 Visual C++ and ESQL/C

This is probably a Leffler question, so Jonathan, listen up   :-)

How do you set up an ESQL/C project in Visual C++ so that you can use
the VC++ de{*filter*} to step through the code?  Right now, I'm using
a somewhat clumsy, hit it with esql first and then work with the *.c
files type of technique.  It gets the compiling done, but I can't seem
to figure out how to get the debugging info.

Slaving away on "INFORMIX DE{*filter*}S Survival Guide", available early 1998
from Prentice Hall/Informix Press.  If you have debugging tips, tools, or
ideas to share, please send me some e-mail.
