 Invalid formatted memo headers

I got a table with a lot of errors saying that near all of the records
have invalid formatted memo headers.
I did rebuild the table with no luck, I try to query the table but the
answer table inherited the errors.
What is wrong with the memofields-type and  what can I do to correct
the table.????

 Invalid formatted memo headers

Arne: if your problems are with the memo fields,
one thing you might try to do is this:

 a. SCAN the table and extract the memos to ascii

 b. delete the memo field, Rebuild the table with

 c. add the memo field back in and re-insert the
ascii files to the memo field
