Well, there is a workaround (thank goodnewss, he says).

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you exactly what it is.

Here's the idea:  If you try to run a query and type something like

|Account Key   |
| calc         |

you will get an error, as you have discovered.  To look for all
occurrences of the word "calc", you need to enclose it in double quotes:

|Account Key   |
| "calc"       |

You are running the query interactively, so you will need to put
the "right" thing in your variable, acky.  You might try something
like acky = "\"calc\"".  

Sorry I can't be more specific, but the idea is here.

Try using =~acky instead of just ~acky. Should solve the problem.
