 Borland's new support policies: please explain...

Several correspondents have alluded to "Borland's new support and licensing
policies."  Can someone outline these?  I've never found Borland's support
policies to be overly generous; sounds ominous that they've gotten worse.

Borland's support policy can be summed up in two words: GO AWAY.

With respect to BC++ 4.0, I hear it has been modified to be a tad less
restrictive.  As per Infoworld of last week.  The article was about how
less restrictive Borland's licensing for BC++ has just been changed to be.
