Time Calculation, HELP

 Time Calculation, HELP

Converting a Clarion database, the file sends a time field over as
milliseconds past midnight and is a numeric field.  How can I convert
the field to military time?  My old flat filer Professional File,
certainly Paradox can do it as well.  Help!!!!

*sigh*

millisecond / 1000 = seconds
seconds / 60 = minutes
minutes / 60 = hours

I think I've given enough hints.
