I'm running Paradox 4.0 on 90 MHz Machine with 16 M RAM and I keep
getting an "Unexpected Condition: Table Buffer (L11) -- Leaving Paradox"
error.  I've used tutitlity and "rebuilt" the table but whenever I run a
script which appends records to this table I get the error.  If I run
the script several times it will eventually complete the task, but the
script used to run through without me having to repeat it.  The table is
used by several people on my network and I've never had any major
problems using the script or the table until now.  I can view the table,
but my script keeps bombing with this error.  There are approx 200,000
records in this table and I was wondering if anybody knew of a another
way to "de-corrupt" the table besides using tutility.

Are you sure you're on 4.0?  Sounds like 4.5 and the GETRECORD problem....

Doesn't 4.0 have bugs? If so, upgrade to 4.02.

Hi,

We have had a lot of the same problem with Pdoxfor Dos when going
above the apparent 16mb limit for Pdox dos.

get around it by putting the command

-extk 16000 after the paradox call to limit the available memory to
16mb

ie paradox.exe -extk 16000

hope it helps
cheers
Ross
