Hello people!

I am having great difficulty in defining a picture for a field which
will only allow numbers below a set value.

I know I could do this OPAL but I really want a picture for it!

So for example say I could enter a string of numbers as long as each
number in the string was less than five, I couldd have a string that
looked like this 1234432342112332444 etc etc  I want the picture to
make sure that each number is less than five or whatever value I set.

Hope that was good enough explanation?!

Thanks for your time.

Pictures are a formatting tool and perform no calculations or
filtering.  In my experience, regardless of the apparent ease that using
pictures to limit input might suggest, using OPAL to accomplish this
provides better control.

If your motivation is the desire to use this in multiple fields and/or
on multiple forms, you can consider writing the code and putting it in a
library, then invoking the method on demand.
