:Am trying to convert a program written in c into a paradox application.
Looking to create a smooth, professional interface with access to all
criteria from the formost screen, accessing a database of 2000+ by a
variety of selectable and deselectable criteria elements. Can a
professional, off the shelf looking and working package be created with
Paradox? My first experiences with it are not promising, nor is my
assessment of Borlands help line positive.

Yes this can be done.  We're doing it.

 My first experiences with it

Borland's help line is pretty useless.  But this forum is a
good source of info.
