I can't figure out how to use Instant Web Publishing
The online help tells you everything but how to do it.  Is an html file
created?  How?  When?  How do others on the network access it?

Forgive me for my ignorance but I really need the help.

No, it tells you that as well... all you need to do is
turn on Web Companion, share that databases, and leave everything
else alone...

No. In reality, an XML file which uses HTML tags is created. It
uses CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to format the XML data...

Through the inbuilt WC cgi information.

When requested, on the fly.

They don't. This is created each time it is required, and passed to
the client browser. So, other people on the network 'access' it by
asking for the same information, which is then re-created on the fly.

Assuming we're talking about 'Instant Publishing' (which is so
basic and non-controllable that I refuse to use it...)
