Is there any way to get all the values from a repeating field on a
calculation field?

With GetRepetition I can only get a specified value, and Last(), wel it
returns the last repetition. Also Last returns the last related field, if
the field is a related field.

The actual thing I want is to get all the values from a related field,
there is a trick involving value lists but it has limitations for the
size of fields I'm working with.

I would suggest dumping the repeating fields for a proper relationship.
Repeating fields are extremely limited.  The section in the on-line help
titled "Defining repeating fields" reads (in part) as follows:

"Note:  If you anticipate having to sort or summarize the information you
plan to enter in a repeating field, it is typically easier to use a related
database and a portal to display the information instead. Repeating fields
cannot be sorted, and the information in a repeating field cannot be
directly summarized."
