 Nomadic Migration <- Redundant?
I'm considering moving my FMP4.x installations to FMP5.x. Can somebody tell
me what it will cost and what complications I can expect?

I've got 4 installations of FMP4.x, one serving as server of an NT4 box.
What's it going to cost to move on up to a 5.x installation? Should I do
this now or wait a few months?

Thanks, guys 'n' gals!!!

OK, there are a couple of options:
1. Just migrate all current FM4.x Standard to FM5.x Standard
should cost c$100 / licence (?? Haven't checked US prices)

2. Get a copy of FM5 Server, and the user machines FM5.x
        should cost c $1000 + $100 user licence (?? again)

As far as the databases themselves, just opening them in
FM5 will prompt for them to be converted. From discussion on
the newsgroup, possibly the only thing to look out for
are relationship names, although mine haven't given me
too many problems.

Cheers
