 HELP! FileMaker 5.5 Startup
COMPUTER NEWBIES NEED HELP!

Hi, everyone:

On a Macintosh, running MacOS or System 9.1,  clicking on any
FileMaker Pro 5.5 file or icon causes the computer to dial the modem
and connect to the internet before opening FMP.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and more importantly how to
eliminate it?  We'd just like to open FileMaker without having to dial
the modem.

Have you got the 5.5v2 patch installed - I believe that fixes this problem.
Available on the www.filemaker.com website.
