Is there a way to edit the "Instant Web Publishing" home pages and
subsequent web pages in FMP5? Also, is there at least a way to pull the code
from these templates?

I believe they're written using XML, so it should be possible
to open them in a text editor, and rip out the stuff you want
as a basis for CDML format pages. I think they use Style Sheets
as well, so might not work so good on older browsers.
