Can someone please tell me if its possible to limit a particular user
accessing a database so they can only modify records that are less lan a
certain number of days old.

I am using Filemaker V4.1 on a Mac.

Thanks

Sure. Make them run a script with a button in order to edit the record
(take them to an "edit" layout), and only take them if your conditions
are met. You have to make your "view" layout non-editable, of course,
for this to work.
