FMP: Stopping a QuickTime Movie from Playing when Selected

I'm working on a Kiosk solution using FMP on a Mac. Part of the solution
has a QuickTime movie that plays if the kiosk isn't being used.

What I need to do is set up the system so whenever a key is pressed or a
mouse button is clicked, the QuickTime movie stops playing and FMP then
executes a script.

As far as I can tell, FMP will only stop playing the movie when it
receives a "Command-Period" combination.

Does anyone know how I can set it up to interrupt/stop the movie when a
key is pressed or a mouse button is clicked???

TIA!
