Field--> Add--> Dissappear?

 Field--> Add--> Dissappear?
I want a field, if I have added data, it stays in the database but it
dissapears from the record. So if someone goes back one record it is not
there. Is there a simple way to fix it? I tried to clear it with a script,
but then it is away forever, and that is not the way.

Sounds like you might be interested in the reverse of the "Visibility"
trick.  Instead of a field becoming visible when another field has a value,
you want a field to be visible only if that field itself doesn't have a
value.  I think "Visibility" is on the databasepros web site.  See if that
helps you on your way.

Yes, If I add my username and enter the password and I complete it and go to
the next record it has to be non-changeable... but the record where I am at
is changeble..
