 Text Operators vs FMP3.0v3

I have a text field which is a calculation containing customer name, order
number, tracking number, and products orders. I would like to have a carriage
return after each product. For example:

Thanks for your order Patty. Order number 0000000 for:
1234
4567
5678

has been shipped with tracking number xyz.

Checking the help file, it seems as if this is possible. Doing a search for
Text Operators brings up a description of what I want to do. It says "Return
Marker: Use to insert a text constant containing a paragraph return "
However, the help file fails to mention what the return marker is. The space
next to this item which should display the marker is empty...

Does anyone know what this mysterious return marker is?

Thank you in advance.

To get carriage returns in a field, simply define a global text field 'CR',
and enter a carriage return from any record (then hide the field to prevent
it being altered).

An example calculation might then be
CUSTOMER NUMBER & CR & CUSTOMER NAME & DATE
which will display

1234
Smith
19/9/98

Hope this is of use.
