server dump with a simple sql??

Hi, I have an sql/ds database (compatible with DB2) on IBM Host.
I am connecting it using db2 connect enterprise by using an MTS Object
(using ADO 2.0 object library)
I have no probem with executable statements, transactions, small
queries ...etc. But if I use sql queries returning large result sets
(bigger then 400 record~20K), I have serious problems. DB2 goes down by
giving memory dump. MTS is being useless for 2-3 mins vs.

What can be the reason or any idea?

Thanks,
