Typical install from the DB
At the end, it complains about some entry points being missing on the
db2sys.dll

I have tried to uninstalled this and reinstalled and the problem still exist
Basically, I can't start the control center applet server service.
gave and internal error message
the user used (set on the services control panel) has administrative
priviledge
on the NT Workstation user manager's list.

When I start the control center appl, it complains that socket can't be
opened.
Of course, I can't get the service started.

Any directions ?
