MTS is supported with Db2 runtime client V5.2. There have been many
internal/configuration
improvements with V6/V7.
I would suggest you contact DB2 service for help configuring the V5.2 client
as it requires a few manual steps. V6 has eliminated these steps so you can
use MTS with DB2 out of the box.
