Refreshing java UDF

 Refreshing java UDF
I am testing out a java UDF on DB2 v7.2. Compiling the java and moving
it to sqllib/function appears to have no effect. Dropping and
recreating the function doesn't help. I've had to stop and start DB2
to get my new copy!

Is there an easier way?

Ben

 Refreshing java UDF
Keepdari=no will not work for udfs...you have to ensure that all db2udf
processes are gone on your instance that might have been using the java udf
(not sure if this happens at tx boundary, or at connect reset)...

Note that if you're running trusted, there is no way to force unload of a
java routine (assumption is that trusted udfs are very thouroughly
tested/defined, and do not require frequent updates).
