 Enabling federated server after installed?

Is it possible to enable the federated database functions after
db2-udb 6.1 for WinNT has been installed (and running)?

Sorry, i just foud:

Federated Server Functionality Not Available
The distributed join installation feature and associated federated system
functionality, as documented, are not currently supported with DB2 UDB
Version 6.1.

 Enabling federated server after installed?
These functions are in v7.1, which has been available since May.
