 how to compile SPL using gcc compiler on windows2000?
Does anyone have any knowledge on how to use gnu's free c compiler (ie
gcc or g++) to compile stored procedures on a Windows2000 platform?

I can finally get it to recognize the compiler via
                db2_sql_routine_compiler_path
but I have no idea what to set
                db2_sql_routine_compile_command
to or, perhaps, I should be asking for a modified sqlproc.mak file.

Any thoughts?

This works for DB2 on AIX, not sure if it helps for W2K :
DB2_SQLROUTINE_COMPILE_COMMAND=gcc
-I/home/user/tstadmin/sqllib/include SQLROUTINE_FILENAME.c -shared  -o
SQLROUTINE_FILENAME
-L/home/user/tstadmin/sqllib/lib -ldb2

Modifying sqlproc.mak will not help, it seems that it gets overwritten
each time you build a SP.

I think you should modify sr_cpath.bat , in the same directory as sqlproc.mak.
