 Error When Installing : DB2 Client on Linux

Hi,

I got this error when I tried to install DB2 Client on LINUX :

Log started at Tue Nov 20 15:14:05 EST 2001

The log file can be found in /tmp/db2setup.log.

Command to be executed:

/bin/rpm -ivh /usr/src/db2connect_inst/db2/linux/db2cliv71-7.1.0-.i386.rpm

Output log of the above command:
error: cannot open file
/usr/src/db2connect_inst/db2/linux/db2cliv71-7.1.0-.i386.rpm: No such
file or directory

Command failed. Return code = 1.

Elapsed time is 0 minutes and 2 seconds.

 Error When Installing : DB2 Client on Linux

The error is a result of the db2 installer not detecting the correct
fixlevel of the image you are using.

1. Can you run the "ls" command on the  /usr/src/db2connect_inst/db2/linux/
 directory, and re-post the output?

2. Where did you get this image?

3. Do you have the korn shell installed on your system?

4. Which Linux distribution are you using?
