 what can be wrong with these registry settings ?

Hello,

I am using DB2 v7.2 for win2000.
If I issue the command db2set -all I get the following output :

SQL3282N  The supplied credentials are not valid.

[e] DB2PATH=D:\SQLLIB
 DQP_STARTUP=ALL
 DQP_SERVER=laakdal-svr-20:55000
 DQP_RUNTIME=D:\SQLLIB
 DQP_RES_TBLSPC=DQPRESULTS
 DQP_NET=laakdal-svr-20:55001
 DB2_ENABLE_LDAP=YES
 DB2_STRIPED_CONTAINERS=ON
 DB2_HASH_JOIN=YES
 DB2_GRP_LOOKUP=LOCAL
 DB2INSTPROF=D:\SQLLIB
 DB2DBDFT=WILD
 DB2COMM=TCPIP,NPIPE
 DB2_PARALLEL_IO=*
[g] DB2_WM_LICENSE_POLICY=281479271743488
[g] DB2_EE_LICENSE_POLICY=281479271743488
[g] DB2SYSTEM=LAAKDAL-SVR-20
[g] DB2PATH=D:\SQLLIB
[g] DB2INSTDEF=DB2
[g] DB2COMM=TCPIP,NPIPE
[g] DB2ADMINSERVER=DB2DAS00

What does the SQLmessage mean ?

I also have a testserver, and there this message doesn't appear.
All the rest is the same ...

Thanks in advance

Peter

SQL3282N, is related to LDAP credentials, are you actually using LDAP or
logged in as an ldap userid ? you have it enabled in your registry settings:

DB2_ENABLE_LDAP=YES

if you are not using it, turn it off and try the command again. db2 restart
may be required.
