 DB2 Certification???? HELP !!!!

Well I guess it all depends on which layer you want to be certified at and have you or will you
shortly be using V8.1 enough to do the V8.1 exams? It really depends on what your goals are. What
level of DB2 are you currently using? When do you plan to move to another level of DB2?

 DB2 Certification???? HELP !!!!
I would like to be eventually certified on the administrator track.
Maybe my question should be when I am certified on V7, how long before
it is obsoleted?

Well I spoke to the Certification Program Manager ... and her comments were:

1. Certifications never become obsolete
2. The V7 exams and certifications will not be sunset for quite a while... they should be there all 2003 and
possibly even longer.
