 Create stored Procedure

I am new to udb and I can't find any good documentation of how to
setup the development enviroment. I am trying to familiarize myself
with udb stored procedure language. This are the command that I tried
as well as the error that was produced.

db2 connect to sample
db2 "create procedure p1() language sql begin end"

DB221034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was
not a
valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it
returned:
SQL0035N The file "P9400250.msg" cannot be opened.

My environment is

RedHat 7.2
UDB 8.1.0

Thanks

 Create stored Procedure

Smells like an authorization problem...
check
sqllib/FUNCTION/ROUTINE/sqlproc/<dbname>/<userid>

I don't remember exactly with auths are needed, but you can verify my
guess by just oping up the whole path...
Cheers
Serge
