 dprop between as/400 and db2 on win2000

using as/400 r510 and DB2 UDB EE for win2000 version 7.2 , I'am using
the as/400 as the control server, the apply will run on AS/400 as well
 (push mode)
I created all the files using DJRA tool with success , CRTDPRPKG
DBRVSN(7) TYPE(*APPLY)  RDB(local as400 rdb) was OK
CRTDPRPKG  DBRVSN(7) TYPE(*APPLY)  RDB(win 2000 remote) I received the
following:
 Database connection started over TCP/IP or a local socket.
 The PATH SQL package option is not supported at remote system.

 Message ID . . . . . . :   CPD3E07       Severity . . . . . . . :
10
 Message type . . . . . :   Diagnostic
 Date sent  . . . . . . :   04/12/01      Time sent  . . . . . . :
16:23:55

 Message . . . . :   The PATH SQL package option is not supported at
remote
   system.
 Cause . . . . . :   The application server does not support the SQL
create
   package bind option.
 Recovery  . . . :   Understand that the specifed bind option does not
apply to
   a server at the SQL level of the one currently connected, or use a
remote
   system which has an SQL level which supports the create package
bind option.
 Technical description . . . . . . . . :   The generic bind option
capability,
   or the specific bind option requested, is not supported by the
remote
   system.

I also used the command CRTSQLPKG PGM(QDPR/QZSNAPV2) RDB(win200 rdb)
I got the same error message

any ideas will be highly appreciated

This DIAG (diagnostic) message should only be a warning, so should not
prevent creation of the package.  Are the packages being created on the
server?
