I have downloaded the Db2 Personal developer's edition for windows.
There is no executable available to run.
Winzip can't read the availabel cab-file (en1.cab)
because it is not in the standard Microsoft Cab format.

What to do ?

Did you download both pieces? There is one language independed and one
language specific part.
