 Unable to run DB2 SP's from VB using "DB2 Connect"

I am running into problems getting DB2 Stored Procedures running from a
VB application.  I have DB2 Connect installed and running.  I am able
to issue SQL from within a VB application and successfully receive the
result set back from DB2.

I have created DB2 Stored Procedures (both simple, and one that builds
a cursor and returns a result set back to the calling program).  Both
of these are successfully executed from an IMS transaction.

My trouble is when I try to launch the Stored Procedure from a VB
application.  The VB application passes through to DB2, and DB2
launches the appropriate Stored Procedure.  This was determined by
including "put skip list" statements in the Stored Procedure.  The
Stored Procedure attempts to issue a simple SQL SELECT statement and
the SQLCA contains the following:
======>
SQLCA.SQLCAID =         SQLCA
SQLCA.SQLCABC =                    136
SQLCA.SQLCODE =                   -551
SQLCA.SQLERRM =         PV21094:EXECUTE PACKAGE:HMIXTC01.DB2S003:
SQLCA.SQLERRP =         DSNXEAAL
SQLCA.SQLERRD =                   -210                       0
             0                       0
SQLCA.SQLWARN0=
SQLCA.SQLWARN1=
SQLCA.SQLWARN2=
SQLCA.SQLWARN3=
SQLCA.SQLWARN4=
SQLCA.SQLWARN5=
SQLCA.SQLWARN6=
SQLCA.SQLWARN7=
SQLCA.SQLWARN8=
SQLCA.SQLWARN9=
SQLCA.SQLWARNA=
SQLCA.SQLSTATE=         42501
<======

The product DB2 Connect comes with a Stored Procedure Builder program.
You are able to graphically build a Stored Procedure.  After building
the Stored Procedure, the Builder communicates with DB2 trying to
insert the SP.  The following is returned by the Builder:
=====>
Create stored procedure returns -204.

[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] SQL0204N  "DSNTPSMP          " is an undefined
name.  SQLSTATE=42704

Make sure that the SQL procedures processor, DSNTPSMP, is properly
installed on your DB2 for OS/390 host.

PROC1 - Build failed.
<=====

I'm wondering if the DSNTPSMP routine referred to in the above error
message is properly defined in the DB2T subsystem.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
